Our warranty covers a period of 2 years from the date your jewelry is received. To be eligible for return, please reach out to our support team at info@magaljewelry.com.

Magal Jewelry 2-Year Warranty Policy:

At Magal Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Not Covered?
Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental breakage, improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals, or any modifications made after purchase. Loss or theft of the jewelry.

Magal Jewelry reserves the right to assess warranty claims and determine eligibility under the 2-year policy. To initiate a claim, contact our support team with your order details and clear images of the issue.

Shipments of non-personalized items to the United States will take 9-14 business days to arrive. Personalized products will take up to 7 days. For shipments to the rest of the world, it will take 7-12 days for all pieces, personalized and non-personalized.

Exchanges - New, unworn items can be exchanged within 90 days of delivery (eligible for non-personalized pieces).
Refunds - Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund if returned in original condition within 90 days of delivery. (Please note that damaged items are not eligible for return.)

Personalized Jewelry - Crafted uniquely for you, personalized pieces can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
