Included in the free resizing policy within 14 days we have the ability to size up your rings (Disinclining eternity rings and enamel rings) up to 1.0 size from the original size. For more information, contact us via email.

For non-personalized and non-customized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at info@magaljewelry.com to initiate the return process. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 business days to the original payment method. After 14 days, no returns or refunds can be processed.

****** We currently offer a restringing solution for our String of Love bracelet and Gemstone & Diamond Bracelet and Necklaces. The cost of the procedure is $30 - $45, it is available for both US and international customers, however, the shipping and return label will not be provided by us for international customers.
For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and include a copy of your receipt.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Magal is not responsible for shipping/returns lost by shipping couriers.
