Included in the free resizing policy within 90 days we have the ability to size up your rings (Excluded eternity rings and enamel rings) up to 1.0 size from the original size. For more information, contact us via email.
Here’s how we make returns easy and hassle-free:
- Personalized and Customized Items Crafted uniquely for you, personalized pieces can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our Customer Support Team. We’re here to ensure the process is smooth and straightforward, so you can find the piece that feels just right.
- Non-Personalized and Non-Customized Items Exchanges - New, unworn and undamaged items can be exchanged within 90 days of delivery.
- Refunds Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund if returned within 90 days of delivery.
** For international returns, a fee may apply.
*** We do not accept returns on repaired, re-sized, exchanged items & purchases made using a Store Credit.
**** Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
***** We currently offer a restringing solution for our String of Love bracelet and Gemstone & Diamond Bracelet and Necklaces. The cost of the procedure is $30 - $45, it is available for both US and international customers, however, the shipping and return label will not be provided by us for international customers.
For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and include a copy of your receipt.
Magal is not responsible for shipping/returns lost by shipping couriers.
