Shipments of non-personalized items to the United States will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Personalized products will take up to 7 days. For shipments to the rest of the world, it will take 7-12 days for all pieces, personalized and non-personalized.

Exchanges - New, unworn items can be exchanged within 90 days of delivery (eligible for non-personalized pieces).
Refunds - Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund if returned in original condition within 90 days of delivery. (Please note that damaged items are not eligible for return.)

Personalized Jewelry - Crafted uniquely for you, personalized pieces can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
