Ordering
Orders may be placed online at www.magaljewelry.com at any time. Once your payment has cleared and checkout has been completed you will immediately receive a confirmation via email.
Please note that all our items are made to order and may take up to 5-7 business days to be prepared for shipment. A sales representative will notify you if the production time will be longer for any reason.
The shipping address in your order can't be changed after the time of purchase.
Shipping
Preparing and processing time is up to 5-7 business days. Shipping is 2-3 days.
You will be notified via email/SMS with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
We recommend purchasing "Magal Shipping Protection" to cover any loss or damage to your order during transit.
Products reported as defective or damaged more than 14 days after delivery may be subject to repair or service fees. We strongly encourage you to inspect your orders upon receipt and report any issues to our support team immediately upon delivery.
Taxes and Duties
All taxes have been included in the price of your goods. Please note that we are not responsible for customs duties & import taxes that may incur during shipping or returns. (this applies to orders outside of the US).
Refund, Returns, and Exchanges
Non-Personalized and Non-Customized Items can be returned Within 90 Days of receipt.
For non-personalized and non-customized items, returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order. Contact us at info@magaljewelry.com to initiate the return process. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 business days to the original payment method. After 90 days, no returns or refunds can be processed.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Magal reserves the right to determine if the returned item is in sellable condition.

We’re happy to repair/resize any item purchased through our website. If your piece requires repair more than 90 days after receiving it, fees may apply.

Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers a period of 2 years from the date your jewelry is received. To be eligible for return, please reach out to our support team at info@magaljewelry.com.
At Magal Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Not Covered?
Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental breakage, improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals, or any modifications made after purchase. Loss or theft of the jewelry.
Magal Jewelry reserves the right to assess warranty claims and determine eligibility under the 2-year policy. To initiate a claim, contact our support team with your order details and clear images of the issue.
